An Army of Lights frontman bares all.

An Army of Lights frontman, Chris Serbyn, has been kind enough to share some of his kit secrets to let us know just how he gets that unique sound.

    1. Dunlop .60 guitar plectrums. 'These give me nice flexibility, simple but a definite must have.'

     2. Boss Blues Driver. Chris uses maximum level and a quarter gain to punch the guitar tones through. 'A proper overdrive pedal'.

    3. Fender 'Blackout' Telecaster. 'This gives me super bright and clean, a great blend between the pickups. It allos a more bluesy sound. It's the best in it's class in my opinion, and looks cool as fuck in black too!'

    4. Vox AC30/6. 'So many beans! A match made in heaven for the telecaster. It has depth and crispness that makes shit guitarists like me sound mint.'

    5. Boss DD3 Digital Delay. 'A proper decent bit of kit. Basically completes my sound and setup. It's very versatile and offers a good quality delay sound on most settings'.

Thanks to Chris, It's nice to hear what kit is being used, there's so much available and they all claim to be the best. Cheers for the insight.
