It was suicide prevention day this week. I think the hard thing about it is that if you feel like suicide is the answer then you probably don’t want to talk to anyone, but I cannot urge you enough to talk. Talk to me, talk to your mate, talk to a stranger, say hello to someone, ask them how they are, ask them for help. The healing effects of open communication are limitless.
